Refund Policy

Digital Products
All beat purchases, downloadable files, licenses, and other digital products sold directly by Doex Music are non-refundable once the files have been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the buyer.
Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, failure to use the files after delivery, or misunderstanding of license terms after purchase.
If you experience a technical issue with your order or file delivery, please contact Doex Music and reasonable efforts will be made to help resolve the issue.
Mixing, Mastering, and Vocal Editing Services
For services booked directly through Doex Music, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
A refund may be considered only if the project has not started and no files, previews, revisions, or deliverables have been provided.
If work has already started, any refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of Doex Music based on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.
SoundBetter Bookings
Mixing, mastering, vocal editing, or related services booked through SoundBetter are also subject to SoundBetter’s platform policies, procedures, and payment terms.
Any refund request related to a SoundBetter booking must follow SoundBetter’s applicable process, in addition to any project-specific agreement between the client and Doex Music.
Deposits and Booking Payments
Any deposit, advance payment, or booking payment made to reserve a service slot, prepare a project, or secure time in the schedule is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Technical Issues
If a buyer experiences a file delivery issue, corrupted file, missing file, or other technical problem related to a direct purchase from Doex Music, they should contact Doex Music as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected.
